Friday and Saturday, March 5 & 6 we will be sharing the stage with The Hollands before they head off on their Western Tour. Both shows start at 7pm and we will each do a 45, 50 minute set of original music. It is sure to be a fun and inspiring evening.

What? Playing music at the Fox River Mall? Hell yeah! Sundays at the Brilliant Stranger from 2-5pm. Dawn Patel has brought Brilliant Stranger (Fish Creek) to Appleton for the Holidays. Brilliant Stranger is a quaint little store located in Fish Creek, Wisconsin - known for it’s unique handmade, recycled clothing and accessories. Located near the Younker’s mall entrance, between Vanity and Maurice’s. It’s a festive shop filled with lots and lots vintage and handmade clothing for women and men. PLUS unique accessories and gifts, art kits, books, cds and very special art by local painters, photographers and craftspeople. There’s something for everyone, but it’s like nothing you’ve ever seen before!

Also - local artist, Heather Peterman’s work is on display. She calls her work Good Energy Art. Fabrics, accessories, stationary, calendars of her work — simply beautiful and very unique. See you Sunday!

Feel Good Festival - August 7 & 8

The 5^th Annual Feel Good Music & Art Festival 2009

August 7 & 8 at the Portage County Fairgrounds in Amherst, WI

40 Bands on four stages, camping, food & art vendors

The 2009 Feel Good Festival is upong us… just two weeks to left to dig out your hula hoop and your best sundress. Come kick off the 5th Annual Feel Good Music and Arts Festival on Friday, August 7th and basque in live local music, workshops, and your good ‘ol feel good friends. Saturday, August 8th, see Dangergrass, Sloppy Joe, Galynne Goodwill, Corey Chisel and the Wandering Sons, Reptile Palace Orchestra and many more…

$25 for one day, $50 for both days. You can purchase tickets online or on the day of festival. Camping is also available and separate on a first come, first serve basis.

Want to come for FREE? Volunteer to spend 3 hours at the campground gate, and get a free day pass. You can volunteer both days or just come for one. If you’re willing and able… send an email to volunteer@feelgoodfestival.org saying you’re available to help out.

I am thrilled to announce the Mark and I will be performing at Summerfest 2009 on the Refugee Stage. We will be playing at 8pm on Saturday June 27th.

Here is a little blurb about The Refugee Stage: “The Refugee Stage has transformed itself into one of the most diverse stages known as “The Smallest Stage at The World’s Largest Music Festival,” SUMMERFEST. Located on the Southern end of The Lakewalk, The Refugee Stage features some of the best unsigned artists from local and surrounding areas. The Refugee Stage gives a voice to the independant artist that deserves the chance to play, regardless of their genre of music. We hope you’ll get a chance to stop by and listen to the sounds streaming from our speakers…And be sure to support local music!”
